Contest Rules:Entry in the Altra MicroPoint contest constitutes acceptance of the Altra MicroPoint online contest official rules.
Employees of Altra, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, including Ostrich, Infoasis and Fortuity, and the immediate families or persons residing in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Beginning the week of July 1, 1997, visitors to the http://www.altra.com Web site are eligible to register in the contest. One winner will be selected at random each week to win a MicroPoint pointing device. Estimated value of the MicroPoint pointing device is $79.95. Altra will attempt to notify the winner via email, mail and/or telephone within one week of winning a prize. Limit one entry per email address per year. The contest will continue for an undetermined period of time. Altra retains the rights to cancel the contest at any time, but will award a winner from whatever week they cancel.
Minors under the age of 18 must first obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to participate.
Altra is not responsible for any technical nor logistical failures with regards to receiving contestants' entries. Altra reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering with the contest. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and signify the winner's consent that Altra may use the winner's name, address, likeness, photograph, statements made by the winner about the promotion without further payment or consideration.
